1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the 8k8o online gaming platform, including all games, betting services, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support services operated by or on behalf of 8k8o ("the Services").

1.2 By completing the registration process and creating an 8k8o account, you confirm that: (a) you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (b) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; (c) all information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current; and (d) you are not aware of any legal prohibition in your jurisdiction that would prevent you from using online gaming services.

1.3 These Terms are supplemented by the 8k8o Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age. All users of 8k8o must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and Philippine law. Providing false information to circumvent this requirement is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions. 8k8o operates under a PAGCOR license for online gaming in the Philippines. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 8k8o services does not violate any law, regulation, or restriction applicable in their jurisdiction. 8k8o reserves the right to restrict access to users in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

2.3 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, agents, directors, and officers of 8k8o, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, game providers, payment processors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold Player accounts or participate in games and promotions offered on the 8k8o platform.

2.4 Verification. 8k8o reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., passport, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, UMID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 8k8o platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 8k8o employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts and associated balances may be suspended without notice.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.3 Account Ownership. Your 8k8o account is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or shared with any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through your account credentials.

3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your 8k8o account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending bets placed prior to account closure will be settled according to applicable game rules. Remaining balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after completion of any required verification.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8k8o login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose these credentials to any other person.

4.2 You must notify 8k8o customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any suspected security breach. 8k8o will investigate such notifications promptly; however, 8k8o shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

4.3 8k8o uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the 8k8o platform. You should ensure your own devices and networks are adequately secured. 8k8o recommends that you do not access your account from shared or public devices, including internet cafés.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 8k8o accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 8k8o does not accept cash deposits.

5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 8k8o account balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to process. 8k8o is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment service provider.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. 8k8o reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity is detected.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML). In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws, 8k8o may require documentation supporting the source of funds for significant deposits. 8k8o is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities.

5.6 Inactive Account Funds. If your account remains inactive (no login activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month may be deducted from any remaining balance. 8k8o will attempt to notify you via your registered contact details before the commencement of inactivity fees.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 All bets and wagers placed through 8k8o are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game or betting market. These rules are accessible within each game interface or betting section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

6.2 Void Bets. 8k8o reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest errors in odds or game settings; technical malfunctions affecting game integrity; third-party data feed errors; or events affecting the outcome that render settlement impossible or unfair. Voided bets are returned to the Player's account balance.

6.3 Palpable Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds or game configuration that is obvious to a reasonable person (a "palpable error"), 8k8o reserves the right to cancel or void affected bets, even after preliminary settlement. This includes situations where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault.

6.4 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by 8k8o. A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the 8k8o system and a reference number or confirmation is displayed. Bets are processed when funds are sufficient in the Player's account balance.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. 8k8o may apply maximum winnings limits per game, per day, or per event. Any such limits will be communicated within the relevant game interface or the platform's help section.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 8k8o may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings. 8k8o reserves the right to close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal. 8k8o reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect promotions already claimed and in progress.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8k8o platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in 8k8o's systems or game software;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games without human oversight;
• Colluding with other Players, game providers, or 8k8o staff to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Accessing your account or placing bets while self-excluded or under an active exclusion order;
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions or claim duplicate bonuses;
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Allowing or facilitating underage access to your 8k8o account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at 8k8o staff or other players.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 8k8o is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. 8k8o recognises that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and has implemented a range of tools and resources to support Players in maintaining control over their gaming activity.

9.2 Player-Controlled Limits. All registered 8k8o accounts have access to deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits, configurable directly from the account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase comes into force.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Players may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

9.4 Age Restriction. 8k8o strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the 8k8o platform — including software, game code, graphics, logos, trade names, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the proprietary property of 8k8o or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8k8o platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 8k8o platform without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 8k8o's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your 8k8o account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 8k8o shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of your use of or inability to use the 8k8o platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 8k8o does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur. 8k8o will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by 8k8o's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 8k8o account or Services, you should first contact 8k8o customer support via live chat (available 24/7) or by sending a written complaint to support at 8k8o.co. Customer support will endeavour to resolve your complaint within five (5) business days.

12.2 If your complaint cannot be resolved through customer support, the matter may be escalated to 8k8o's compliance team for further review. The decision of the compliance team will be communicated within ten (10) business days.

12.3 If you remain dissatisfied after exhausting 8k8o's internal complaint process, you may submit a complaint to PAGCOR through its official channels. 8k8o will cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by PAGCOR.

12.4 These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any formal legal proceedings shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to Terms

13.1 8k8o reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address or mobile number, and/or by a prominent notice on the 8k8o platform, not less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

13.2 Your continued use of the 8k8o platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

14.1 These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2 8k8o operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR has regulatory oversight over 8k8o's operations and may adjudicate disputes pursuant to its statutory authority.
